did the 4hr stanley park e-bike tour today—honestly one of the highlights of our trip. cameron was awesome. super friendly, super chill, made the whole thing feel easy and fun. he shared a bunch of stories along the way that gave the ride so much more meaning. not your average tour guide—felt more like exploring with a local who really loves the city. the bikes were great but it’s the little touches that made it special. cameron made sure everyone was taken care of, no pressure, just good vibes all around. highly recommend if you wanna see the best parts of vancouver without feeling rushed. thanks again cameron!

ok so we did the 4 hour e-bike tour around the seawall + stanley park and honestly... it was amazing. ask for cameron if you can. the guy is such a legend.

from the moment we got there he was just super welcoming, made us feel right at home. showed us how to use the ebikes (which were soooo fun btw) and made sure we were comfy before heading out. like you can tell he actually cares, not just doing a job.

but what really made it special were the stories. cameron knows EVERYTHING about vancouver lol. he told us all these cool things about stanley park, movie stuff, local legends, even some funny stuff about his own life. it felt like hanging out with a buddy who happens to be a really good tour guide

💸 Should I tip my E-Bike tour guide?

Tipping is not required — but it’s always appreciated! 😊 If you had a great experience, tipping is a thoughtful way to show your gratitude for your guide’s effort and energy.

Note: Many guests choose to include a tip as part of their tour budget if they’re happy with the service.

⏰ What time should I arrive for the tour? What if I’m late?

Please arrive at least 15 minutes early to check in, sign waivers, and get fitted for your E-Bike and helmet.

We like our tours to depart on time to ensure a full experience for all guests.

If you’re running late:

You may call us to try joining the tour in progress (no guarantees).
If that’s not possible, we’ll offer a full-day self-guided rental instead so you can still enjoy the day!

📍 Where do the E-Bike tours start and end?

All tours start and finish at our main location: 🗺️ 750 Pacific Blvd — right by the basketball courts.

Yes — advance booking is highly recommended as our tours often sell out.

🌧️ What if it rains on the day of my E-Bike tour?

Welcome to the west coast — rain is part of the vibe! ☔

We ride rain or shine (we call it “liquid sunshine”). Just dress accordingly with a light rain jacket or layers.

Need to cancel? No worries — just let us know at least 24 hours in advance for a full refund.

🔁 What is your cancellation policy?

Tour cancellations are a bit different than rental cancellations due to the need to schedule a dedicated guide.
