ok so we did the 4 hour e-bike tour around the seawall + stanley park and honestly... it was amazing. ask for cameron if you can. the guy is such a legend.

from the moment we got there he was just super welcoming, made us feel right at home. showed us how to use the ebikes (which were soooo fun btw) and made sure we were comfy before heading out. like you can tell he actually cares, not just doing a job.

but what really made it special were the stories. cameron knows EVERYTHING about vancouver lol. he told us all these cool things about stanley park, movie stuff, local legends, even some funny stuff about his own life. it felt like hanging out with a buddy who happens to be a really good tour guide

Should I tip my eBike tour guide?

Tipping is not required but is greatly appreciated if you enjoyed your experience. It’s a wonderful way to show your gratitude for your guide’s effort and dedication. Consider tipping as part of your tour budget if you’re pleased with the service.

What time should I arrive for the tour? What if I’m late?

Arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled departure to handle the necessary preparations, such as signing waivers and fitting your eBike and helmet. Tours begin exactly on time to ensure a full experience for all guests. Latecomers may call us to possibly join the tour in progress, but there is no guarantee. If joining is not possible we will allow you to take the eBikes out for the entire day for your own self-guided tour!

Where do the eBike tours start and end?

Our tours kick off and wrap up at our main location at 750 Pacific Blvd, near the basketball court. This is your start and end point for every eBike adventure.

Do I have to book an eBike tour in advance?

Booking ahead is essential as our tours often sell out. Secure your spot by booking on our website. For last-minute plans within 24 hours of a tour, please reach out directly to check availability.

What if it rains on the day of my eBike tour?

Rain is a common occurrence here, but our tours proceed regardless of “liquid sunshine.” Dress appropriately. You may cancel up to a day in advance if the weather looks unfavorable.

What is your cancellation policy?

Tours have a different policy than just rentals. This is because we have to hire a dedicated tour guide to be present. You can cancel your tour at least 24 hours before it starts for a full refund. If you need to cancel within 24 hours of the tour, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund. However, we may offer to reschedule based on availability.
