Want to ride before the crowds arrive? We offer special Early Bird start times at 8:00 AM or 9:00 AM — a full hour or two before we open to the public at 10 AM.

  • Available by online pre-booking only – don’t just show up early!
  • Eligible for Half Day or Full Day rentals only
  • Great for morning explorers, cruise ship passengers, or sunrise riders

🚲 WHAT E-BIKES DO YOU HAVE?
What Will I Be Riding?
The Alien Astro E-Bike comes equipped with a 500W motor, pedal assist, full throttle, and fat tires for easy handling of Stanley Park trails. It fits riders from 4’10” to 6’4″ and up to 350 lbs, with adjustable handlebars and includes a handy rear bag for essentials. An E-Bike designed for our mature customers in mind.

🧑‍🦰 AGE REQUIREMENTS
Age Requirement
14-15 years Can rent a low powered E-Bike Only (staff discretion applies based on height and ability).
16-18 years Can rent a full sized E-Bike (staff discretion applies based on height and ability).
All Under 19 A parent or guardian must be present and must sign a waive on their behalf

Includes theft protection with $0 deductible and damage forgiveness up to $750 for accidental incidents.
Refundable Security Deposit $250 per E-Bike (pre-authorized on your credit card).
This is Waived with Theft Protection Plus Upgrade.

Note: If protection requirements are not followed, renter is responsible for the full replacement charge of $2,400 (plus tax).

🔒 BIKE LOCK & THEFT POLICY

Protect Your Ride – Lock It Up! 🔐

  • A high-quality lock is included with every rental. 🛑
  • Always lock your E-Bike properly whenever you park it – theft can happen anywhere, even in safe cities like Vancouver.
  • Full replacement cost if locking steps not followed: $2,400 + tax.


🛡️ Protection Plan Options

  • Basic Theft Protection (Included in all rentals) – Theft coverage only, with a $1000 deductible. No damage coverage.
  • Theft Protection Plus ($14.95/day) – $0 deductible for theft, and bonus includes up to $750 in accidental damage forgiveness.

📋 To Qualify for Any Protection Plan:

  1. Take a locking photo every time you leave the bike unattended:
    • Bike must be locked to a fixed, immovable object (e.g., bike rack, steel pole).
    • Lock must pass through the frame or rear wheel.
    • The E-Bike # must be clearly visible in the photo.
  2. Report theft immediately: Call us at 778-761-3987.
  3. File a police report within 24 hours:
  4. Provide us the police report number and return the original lock and key (if available).

🔹 Important: No photo = no coverage.
Failure to follow the required steps will void protection and result in full liability.

🚨 EMERGENCY HELP DURING YOUR RIDE

  • Flat tire or mechanical issue? Call us at 778-761-3987 and we’ll dispatch help ASAP.
  • Prefer WhatsApp? Chat with us live on WhatsApp.
  • In a real emergency? Lock the E-Bike and call 911 immediately.
⏳ LATE RETURNS & OVERTIME FEES (Hourly Rentals)
  • $15 per 15 minutes late applies if you exceed your time without asking us first. We have stiff penalties because there could be someone waiting on your to return you ebike and next in line.
  • Having too much fun? Need extra time? Call us ahead, and we’ll see what we can do! If there is no bookings after you we can upgrade you to a higher package and save you money!

Important Info for Multi-Day Rentals

  • Matching Credit Card & ID Required: Name must match on both. A scan or emailed copy of both is required before rental.
  • Overnight Storage Locations: You must provide all overnight storage addresses (e.g., hotel, RV park, friend’s house) before pickup.

Note: We reserve the right to cancel or refuse rentals where secure overnight storage cannot be confirmed.

🔒 BIKE LOCK & THEFT POLICY

Lock It or Lose It! 🔐

  • Each rental includes a premium lock.
  • Always lock to a fixed object with the lock passing through the frame or rear wheel.
  • Take a timestamped photo of the locked bike every time you park it.
  • Bike # must be visible in the photo.

🛡️ To Qualify for Any Protection Plan:

  1. Take locking photos every time you leave the bike.
  2. Report any theft to us immediately: 778-761-3987
  3. File a police report within 24 hours:
  4. Provide the report number, and return the lock and key if available.

Warning: No photo = no coverage. You are fully liable for the replacement cost if the locking protocol isn’t followed.

Need Help on the Road?

  • Multi-day rentals are often out of city or after hours. Emergency help is more limited.
  • If you’re in trouble, call 778-761-3987 and we’ll try our best to assist.
  • For life-threatening issues, lock the bike and call 911.

Tip: Always let us know your route and where you’re staying so we can help you faster if needed.

⏳ LATE RETURNS – MULTI-DAY RENTALS
  • $39/day late fee if you let us know in advance and we approve the extension (subject to availability).
  • $99/day late fee if bike is returned late without notice.

Reminder: These bikes are often booked for others after you. Please communicate if you need more time so we can make it work!

Tipping is not required — but always appreciated! 😊

If you had a great experience, tipping is a thoughtful way to show your gratitude for your guide’s effort and energy. Many guests choose to include a tip as part of their tour budget if they’re happy with the service.

⏰ WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE FOR THE TOUR? WHAT IF I’M LATE?

Please arrive at least 15 minutes early

We need time to check you in, go over safety info, sign waivers, and fit you for your E-Bike and helmet.

If you’re running late:

  • Call us and we’ll try to fit you in mid-tour (if possible).
  • If that doesn’t work, we’ll switch you to a full-day self-guided rental so you can still enjoy the ride!

Where can E-Bikes be used for filming?

E-Bikes can operate in nearly all locations where regular bikes are permitted.
