Our rental fleet features one main style: the Alien Astro Step-Thru. It’s versatile and our most popular model. An E-Bike designed for our mature customers in mind.
The **Alien Astro E-Bike** comes equipped with a **500W motor, pedal assist, full throttle, and fat tires** for easy handling of Stanley Park trails. It fits riders from **4’10″” to 6’4″** and up to 350 lbs, with adjustable handlebars and includes a handy rear bag for essentials.

Note: If protection requirements are not followed, renter is responsible for the full replacement charge of $2,400 (plus tax).
Protect Your Ride – Lock It Up! 🔐
- A high-quality lock is included with every rental. 🛑
- Always lock your E-Bike properly whenever you park it – theft can happen anywhere, even in safe cities like Vancouver.
- Replacement cost if stolen and not covered: $2,400 + tax.
🛡️ Protection Plan Options
- Basic Theft Protection (Included) – Theft coverage only, with a $999 deductible. No damage coverage.
- Theft Protection Plus ($14.95/day) – $0 deductible for theft, and includes up to $750 in accidental damage forgiveness.
📋 To Qualify for Any Protection Plan:
- Take a locking photo every time you leave the bike unattended:
- Bike must be locked to a fixed, immovable object (e.g., bike rack, steel pole).
- Lock must pass through the frame or rear wheel.
- The Alien security tag must be clearly visible in the photo.
- Report theft immediately: Call us at 778-761-3987.
- File a police report within 24 hours:
- Submit the report online: Vancouver Police Online Report
- Or call the Vancouver Police Non-Emergency line at 604-717-3321.
- Provide us the police report number and return the original lock and key (if available).
🔹 Important: No photo = no coverage.
Failure to follow the required steps will void protection and result in full liability.

- Flat tire or mechanical issue? Call us at 778-761-3987 and we’ll dispatch help ASAP.
- Prefer WhatsApp? Chat with us live on WhatsApp.
- In a real emergency? Lock the E-Bike and call 911 immediately.
- $15 per 15 minutes late applies if you exceed your time without asking us first. We have stiff penalties because there could be comeone waiting on your to return you ebike and next in line.
- Having too much fun? Need extra time? Call us ahead, and we’ll see what we can do! If there is no bookings after you we can upgrade you to a higher package and save you money!
